Description of the project

Education is the main pillar in our three-pronged sustainability initiative, with a focus on creating local and global opportunities to engage our employees and our communities in life-long learning.  The core component of this sustainable learning program is our work with children in encouraging their curiosity and love for technology in all of its forms and applications.  We’ve worked with globally renowned experts and our local influencers to develop a portfolio of programs designed to engage, excite and elicit creativity and passion for technology learning of all kinds in children all over the world.

eKids Program - Based on MIT’s Scratch Program, eKids provides a fun environment to learn coding through hands-on challenges and close mentoring opportunities with our employees.

EPAM eKids Garage - Based in Minsk, EPAM Garage strengthens the advanced programming skills of exceptional students from EPAM eKids. The garage is a hi-tech lab that offers work stations, 3D printers and a wide range of tools making it well-suited for brainstorming, experimentation, and invention. The education process is based on the concepts of STEM education, which underlines the crucial role of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Junior Ignite Camp is a social IT camp for school students with interests in IT topics and technical creativity but have difficulties or barriers (whether geographical, financial, or social) that prevent them from receiving supplementary education on a regular basis or those who want to expand their knowledge.
